Mark A. Cronin
Mark A. Cronin, an associate of the firm, practices in the area of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Maryland and several Federal Bars, including the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Cronin served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Helen S. Balick of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. A graduate of Denison University (B.A., 1984), Washington College (M.A., 1987), and Widener University School of Law (J.D., 1989), Mr. Cronin has represented numerous lenders during his legal career, primarily in bankruptcy.
Mr. Cronin also has published several articles, including, “The Meaning of Cash Advances in the Presumption of Nondischargeability under §523(a)(2)(C),” Norton Bankruptcy Law Advisor, at 10-13, June, 2000.
