Whelan, Doyle & Pressman is Delaware County's full-service law firm and your family's lawyers. Based in Milmont Park in Ridley Township, Whelan, Doyle & Pressman provides personalized legal services to clients throughout Delaware County, including Ridley Park, Norwood, and Holmes. Because we also represent many clients in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester and Bucks Counties, we have satellite offices and can meet with you in Philadelphia and Cherry Hill, New Jersey. The firm offers flexible fee schedules, including hourly and time billing as well as contingent fee representation.
Originally established in 1985 as Whelan & Doyle, the firm became Doyle, Whelan & Doyle in 1999, and expanded to Whelan, Doyle & Pressman, LLC in 2005. The firm is unique because, in addition to our general practice, we represent national and local lenders in the areas of debt collection and bankruptcy for both consumer and commercial cases.
We currently
employ four attorneys, two paralegals and a support staff of four, and have the technology necessary to handle all of our clients' needs, from an individual client to a lender with many cases. The firm maintains professional liability insurance with policy limits of $2,000,000.
